Satisfy POs from In-House, Underutilized Stock:

LINCS provides buyers with the knowledge and ability to automatically satisfy purchase requests with underutilized or excess inventory that is in stock at other pharmacies, as well as with available stock at your Med Warehouse. Purchase Orders are automatically generated for preferred wholesaler. You may then review, edit and, if needed, change the wholesaler prior to electronic submission of order.

340B Processing

Purchase requirements are electronically submitted to your 340b splitter for determining eligibility for 340b pricing. Items not eligible are then processed through the LINCS customizable redistribution logic.

Perpetual Inventory

Real-time perpetual inventory is maintained per NDC at each facility, with individual reorder points and capacities that indicate when a specific drug requires replenishment.

Custom Redistribution Logic for Purchasing

Custom redistribution logic identifies underutilized and dead inventory to satisfy purchase orders first, prior to checking the Med warehouse or ordering from the wholesaler.
